Attention!
With Civciv Jetonu you buy costumes, weapons and event packs in DDTank GO; every package also includes bonus Tickets (for example, the 15 Civciv Jetonu package gives 1,500 Tickets). Packages come in 8 tiers, from 1 token to 500 tokens.
No game password is needed for the top-up: only your Player ID and server (S1-S10) are required. After the payment is confirmed the top-up starts automatically and is usually completed within 1-5 minutes. Top-ups made to a wrong ID or server cannot be reversed; double-check your details before confirming.

The top-up is made with your Player ID (Character ID) and server; your game password is never required. In DDTank GO, find your Player ID and server (S1-S10) in the profile section, then pick the package on Oyuneks and fill in those two fields. The top-up starts automatically the moment your payment is approved.
Once the payment is approved the top-up runs automatically and usually finishes within 1-5 minutes. Your character does not need to be online; the transfer happens on the server side.
No. Only your Player ID (Character ID) and server number are needed. Oyuneks never asks for your game or account password and never logs in to your account.
First close the game completely, reopen it and check your in-game mailbox; packages sometimes arrive there. If they still do not appear, contact our 24/7 live support with your order number.
Yes. Simply enter your friend's Player ID and server instead of your own during checkout and the package goes straight to that account. Check the details twice before submitting, because a top-up sent to the wrong ID cannot be reversed.
Tickets are an in-game currency given as a bonus alongside Civciv Jetonu. Every package includes 100 Tickets per token; the 15 Civciv Jetonu package, for example, comes with 1,500 Tickets.
