At Oyuneks, we care that product and service reviews are genuine, verified and transparent. The rules below explain how reviews are collected, examined and published. These rules are applied in accordance with the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices.

Only users who have purchased and received the relevant product or service can leave a review. Reviews for which the purchase cannot be verified are not published. Only one review can be left per product/service for each purchase (order).

All reviews go through automatic and, when needed, manual moderation. The following content is not published:

Sharing links or contact information (phone, email, username),

Insults, profanity or offensive statements,

Advertising, redirection or attempts to lead users off the platform,

Content unrelated to the product/service,

Fake, misleading or incentivized content.

Positive reviews are published quickly once compliance with the rules is confirmed. For negative reviews, the seller is given 48 hours to respond; at the end of this period, the review (together with the seller's response, if any) is published automatically. Negative reviews are not blocked or hidden.

Reviews are ordered based on objective criteria such as date, without any distinction between positive and negative. Every published review remains accessible for at least 1 year.

If a review is not published, the reason is communicated to the user immediately (via in-site notification and email).

The name of the reviewing user is shown in an abbreviated form for privacy purposes (e.g. "John S."). Your review data is processed in accordance with GDPR/KVKK (see the privacy notice below).

Fake, misleading or reviews given in exchange for a benefit (incentivized) are strictly prohibited and will be removed upon detection.

Oyuneks.

When you leave a review, the following are processed: your user identity (shown in abbreviated form), purchase/delivery verification information, your review score and comment text.

Verifying that reviews come from genuine buyers, complying with legal obligations (Commercial Advertising Regulation), and presenting product/service quality transparently.

Your name is displayed masked (abbreviated) for privacy; your full name is not published.

Published reviews are kept accessible for at least 1 year; they may be kept for a longer period as required by law.

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data under GDPR/KVKK (to the extent permitted by law; removal of a published review is subject to legal retention obligations).
