Entering your player ID information completely and correctly is essential for the top-up to be made to the correct account; top-ups made with the wrong ID cannot be reversed. You can easily find your ID information from the profile screen in the game, usually at the top of the profile page. Double-checking the information you entered before confirming your order prevents possible mistakes. If you have multiple NBA Infinite accounts at the same time, you should be especially careful not to confuse the ID information of the account you're topping up. After the top-up is completed, it may take a few minutes for the balance to appear in-game; closing and reopening the game during this time makes it easier to see the updated balance.
Why Oyuneks?

If you experience an issue during the top-up, you can get quick help through live support.
The ID-based top-up system is a practical method in terms of security since it lets you get a balance without sharing a password or account information. The amount of Infinite Coins you need may increase when a new season starts or special card events open, so completing your balance before the event protects you from the risk of not making it in time at the last minute. Testing the top-up process with a small package before buying a large one can help you make sure your ID information was entered correctly.
