Look up an order without an account
If you ordered without creating an account, you can see your order status with your order number and phone. Just enter the verification code sent to your phone.
Where is my order number?
It appears in the e-mail and SMS we sent after your order, in the EKS-XXXXXXX format.
Easier if you are a member
When you sign in, all your orders are listed on the My Orders page; no code needed.
Did the code not arrive?
Make sure you typed the number exactly as you entered it during checkout. If the problem continues, contact live support.
