With Steam's new Trade Protection system, CS2 item trades can now be reversed for 7 (+1) days. As Oyuneks, we have fully adapted to this process and activated our secure transaction system that protects both the buyer and the seller.

How Does It Work?
After the seller sends the item to you via Steam, your payment is held in the Oyuneks Secure Pool for 7 (+1) days.

During this period, the item can be reversed.

Trade is finalized, payment released
At the end of the 7 (+1) days, the trade becomes final and the payment is automatically transferred to the seller's account.

What do the buyer and seller do?
Your payment is refunded
If the seller cancels the trade, here is how it works:
If the seller cancels the trade, simply let us know using the "Report a Problem" button on the "Skin Orders" page.
After verification, your payment is quickly refunded to your Oyuneks Wallet.
The seller's account may be permanently suspended in accordance with the rules.
Your earnings are guaranteed
After delivering the item, all you have to do is wait:
Once you deliver your item, your earnings are 100% guaranteed by Oyuneks.
When the 7 (+1) day period ends, your payment is automatically transferred to your Oyuneks Wallet.
All you need to do is send the trade and not reverse it during this period.
A buyer who cancels the trade is subject to sanctions in accordance with the rules.

Important Notes
The period may sometimes be 7 days, sometimes 8 days. This is due to the time difference between Turkey and the Steam servers.
