Company and physical presence

Oyuneks began operating in October 2021. You can visit our office in Antalya and complete a purchase in person; our address and contact details are published openly on the Contact page. We are not an anonymous online-only operation.

Official authorised reseller status

Since 2022 we have been an official authorised reseller for Riot Games, Valve (Steam) and Roko Game Teknoloji (Rise Online). As of 2024 we are also an authorised reseller for Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation). This means products come directly from the publisher.

Certifications

Our processes have passed independent audits and are certified under four separate ISO standards. Each covers a different area, and the certificates are renewed through periodic audits. All certificates can be viewed on our Documents and Certificates page.

• ISO 9001 · Quality Management System. Requires processes to be documented, measurable and auditable. It means order intake, delivery and support steps follow a defined and repeatable structure.
• ISO 27001 · Information Security Management System. Audits where data is stored, who is granted access, and which steps are taken in unusual situations. This is the core standard for protecting customer data.
• ISO 27701 · Privacy Information Management System. The privacy extension of ISO 27001; it defines controls for why personal data is processed, how long it is kept and how it is erased on request. It supports KVKK and GDPR compliance.
• ISO 10002 · Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Management. Requires every incoming piece of feedback to be recorded, tracked and closed out. This is the standard that makes our support processes measurable.

Payment security

Payments are processed through the payment institution PayTR. Your card details are never seen or stored by Oyuneks at any stage, meaning card data never enters our systems.

The platform has more than 370,000 registered members, over 100,000 customers have made a purchase, and more than 1.9 million orders have been delivered to date. Reviews on our product pages are written only by customers who actually bought the product, and every review is matched to a purchase record. The average published customer rating is 4.98 out of 5.

Oyuneks serves more than 2,400 active streamers and maintains ongoing partnerships with large-audience creators on Twitch, YouTube and Kick. Our support for esports is concrete: we have been main sponsor of established teams such as Dark Passage and Bushido Wildcats in different periods, we were the sole and main sponsor of Rise Online's major 2024 tournament with a 1,000,000 TL prize pool, and we have supported the community at events such as the GIST fair.
