There are 3 important points regarding payment notifications; 1-The payment must be made to the correct bank and reported to the correct payment partner. 2-The name and surname of the account holder who made the payment and the Oyuneks member who reports the payment must be the same. 3-When making a bank transfer / EFT, the description field may have been left blank, or a name, surname and phone number may have been written instead. Transfers and EFTs made with notes such as a TCKN or name/surname belonging to a different person than the account holder, or mentioning a company or game name, are not approved by our payment partners.

Since our current payment infrastructure does not support installment transactions, an installment option is not currently available.

You can submit your refund request via live support. Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card are completed within 3–14 business days depending on the bank; bank transfer/EFT transactions are completed within 1-3 business days.

You can review our bank account details to obtain the information (account number / IBAN, etc.) of the bank you want to use. On the ATM, you can make the payment via Cardless Transaction > Deposit Money > Deposit to Account, entering the branch code and account number. The name and surname associated with the ID number used at the ATM must match the name and surname registered on your account on our site.

If the bank your card is linked to allows international transactions, you can complete the payment using a credit/debit card via the PayTR option on the payment screen.

Withdrawal requests up to 5,000 TL are sent 24/7. Requests above 5,000 TL are sent during banks' working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and hours (11:00-17:00).

You can withdraw a maximum of 50,000 TL at once. Your total daily withdrawal limit is 200,000 TL.

For cash withdrawal requests, the account holder name/surname and IBAN number must be correct. You can only withdraw the balance you earned from sales on our site as cash to a bank account registered in your own name.

You cannot withdraw as cash a balance loaded via credit card. Your credit card refunds can be issued back to the same card for the amount you paid. This process, depending on the bank, generally takes an average of 10-14 business days. Refunds made via bank transfer can only be made to the bank account registered under the name of the person who made the payment.

To merge Rise Online World and Knight Online World listings, you need to have at least 2 listings. Click the button with your name in the top right corner of the site. The amount requested for refund must be the same as the amount you deposited. Refunds for payments older than 3 days from the payment date cannot be issued. Refunds for payments made cardlessly via ATM cannot be issued. Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card may take 3-14 business days. Refunds for payments made by bank transfer may take 3-5 business days.

Sellers have a 1-hour delivery window. Delivery must be completed within this time. If it takes longer, you can get information via live support.

You can start your transaction by contacting live support to learn the delivery details. Afterwards you can deliver or receive your item.

The seller is given a set amount of time; if delivery is not made within this time, the transaction is cancelled, or, at your request, the other party can be contacted so that delivery is provided. During this period you can get the information you need about the delivery via live support.

The user loads a balance to their site account equal to the listing price they wish to open. Then they create a listing. When the seller finds the price acceptable, they start the transaction.
