🛡️ Oyuneks Marketplace Listing Process and Rules

In-game item and character listings are delivered through an Oyuneks representative. The buyer and seller never meet directly and never share account or contact details; the item is handed to our representative first, and only then to you. Your payment is held under Oyuneks' protection until delivery is complete.

🔄 How Does It Work?

1. 💳 Order and Payment: The moment you complete your purchase, the amount is placed under Oyuneks' protection; it does not pass to the seller until delivery is complete.
2. 💬 Live Support Contact: Once the order is created, our authorized team contacts the buyer and seller through live support. The meeting point for delivery and the details of the character to be handed over are communicated to you through live support.
3. 📦 Receiving from the Seller: The seller hands over the item or character to our representative at the specified point. Our representative confirms receipt.
4. 🤝 Delivery to the Buyer: Our representative transfers the item to you. Our representative confirms that delivery is complete; no additional confirmation step is required from you.
5. 💰 Payment: Once delivery is complete, the commission is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to the seller's account.

⚠️ Important Rules

• 💬 Contact Requirement: As soon as the seller's listing sells, the seller must contact our representatives through live support without delay.
• ⏳ Delivery Time: The seller is expected, and required, to deliver the item within the time stated in the listing.
• 🚫 No Delivery Outside Oyuneks: Delivery is carried out only through our representative. Do not trust anyone who asks you for account details, a password, or payment outside the game; report any such request to live support.
• 🔄 Withdrawal and Refund: If the seller decides not to sell the item after all, Oyuneks cannot be held responsible for any indirect losses the buyer may suffer as a result. However, the buyer will not be left at a disadvantage: if they wish, they may request a full refund with no deduction, or use their balance on our site to buy a different product.
• ⛔ Penalty System: When a sale is cancelled, the penalty rules come into effect. If the buyer is left at an unjustified disadvantage, or the seller is found at fault, the seller receives a listing-transaction penalty.
