For a safe and fast shopping experience, our listing sales process and rules are set out below:
🔄 How Does It Work?
- 🤝 Live Support Contact: As soon as a listing is sold, our authorized team immediately contacts the buyer and the seller via live support.
- 🛡️ Secure Delivery: The seller contacts our representative and delivers the item to our representative first. Our representative then securely transfers the item to the buyer.
- 💰 Payment Process: Once delivery is completed successfully, the set commission rate is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to the seller's account.
⚠️ Important Rules and Reminders
- 💬 Contact Requirement: The seller must contact our staff via live support without wasting any time as soon as the listing is sold.
- ⏳ Delivery Time: The seller is expected, and required, to deliver the item within the timeframe specified in the listing.
- 🔄 Cancellation and Refund: If the seller decides not to sell the item, Oyuneks cannot be held responsible for any indirect losses incurred by the buyer.
