Cashback on CD key products continues as before: on these products you earn the cashback shown on the product page instead of points. Cashback rules
Program terms
- 100 points are worth 1 TL. Points are kept in the points wallet of your Oyuneks account and can be used at checkout. Your earlier bonus balance is shown in the same wallet as points.
- Points are calculated on delivered orders from the amount paid, based on the product's points band: High %0,75 · Medium %0,4 · Low %0,2. The product page shows the points you will earn; points are added after delivery.
- Gift cards and wallet codes, marketplace listings and seller-delivered purchases, low-margin products, the part paid with points or bonus, orders with a discount code and guest orders do not earn points.
- Cashback on CD keys, points on everything else: on products with a cashback campaign (CD keys etc.) the cashback shown on the product page applies instead of points.
- Points are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date earned; unused points are deleted when they expire. Points earned first are used first. You will be reminded before points expire; see points expiring within 30 days on My Account > Oyuneks Points.
- You can earn at most 30.000 points (300 TL) per calendar month.
- Points cannot be used for gift cards, wallet codes, Oyuneks Gift Cards or marketplace purchases.
- Points cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from it are taken back. If the points were already spent, their value is deducted from the refund.
- Dealer accounts and bulk buyer accounts do not earn points.
- Oyuneks may change the rates and terms. Changes apply going forward and are announced on this page before they take effect.
- If abuse is detected, the related points may be cancelled. The provisions of the Oyuneks membership agreement apply to disputes. These terms take effect on the date they are published.
