⚡ Seller-Delivered Listing Process and Rules

In this listing type, the item is delivered to you directly by the seller; Oyuneks does not step into the delivery itself. In return, your payment is held in Oyuneks escrow until you confirm delivery. The seller receives the money only after delivery is complete.

🔄 How Does It Work?

1. 💳 Order and Escrow: The moment you complete your purchase, the amount is placed in Oyuneks escrow. The seller cannot access the money at this stage.
2. 💬 Order Chat: You correspond directly with the seller on the order screen. You discuss delivery details such as the meeting place and character name here.
3. 📦 Delivery: The seller hands you the item in-game. Every listing states the seller's committed delivery time; this period runs on your order screen.
4. ✅ Confirmation: Once you receive the item, you confirm the order and the amount is transferred to the seller's account.
5. ⏱️ Time Overrun: If the committed period expires without delivery, you can cancel the order with a single click and get your payment back.

⚖️ In Case of a Dispute

• 🚩 If you have a problem with the delivery, you can open a dispute from the order screen. Once a dispute is opened, the amount in escrow is frozen.
• 👤 Oyuneks reviews the dispute, and Oyuneks makes the decision. The order chat, the delivery commitment, and the evidence shared by both parties are evaluated together.
• 📸 Keep your screenshots related to the delivery; they are your evidence during the dispute process.

⚠️ Important Rules

• 🚫 Do not step outside Oyuneks: Payment, ordering, and communication all run through Oyuneks. Report any seller who directs you to pay or correspond outside the site; transactions carried out outside Oyuneks are not covered by escrow.
• 🔐 Never share account details: Do not give information to anyone who asks for your password, e-mail, or verification code.
• 🎖️ Seller approval: To list under this model, a seller must apply and be approved by Oyuneks. Approved sellers go through identity verification.
• ⛔ Penalty System: A listing-transaction penalty is applied to a seller who fails to deliver or is found at fault; the seller's delivery privileges are suspended in cases of repeated violations.
