🔗 Oyuneks NFT Listing Process and Rules

For NFT listings, delivery is made not through an in-game trade but through a wallet transfer. The process proceeds under the supervision of an Oyuneks representative; your payment is held under Oyuneks' protection until delivery is complete.

🔄 How Does It Work?

1. 💳 Order and Payment: The moment you complete your purchase, the amount is placed under Oyuneks' protection; it does not pass to the seller until delivery is complete.
2. 💬 Wallet Information: Our authorized team contacts you through live support and shares the wallet address the transfer will be made to.
3. 📤 Seller Sends the Item: The seller sends the NFT to the specified wallet and marks "Sent to Wallet" on their panel.
4. ✅ Buyer Confirmation: Once the transfer reaches your wallet, you confirm "Received in My Wallet" on your panel.
5. 💰 Completion of Delivery: Our representative completes the delivery; the commission is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to the seller's account.

⚠️ Important Rules

• 🔍 Wallet Address Check: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the wallet address character by character before the transfer; Oyuneks cannot be held responsible for transfers sent to the wrong address.
• 💬 Contact Requirement: As soon as the seller's listing sells, the seller must contact our representatives through live support without delay.
• ⏳ Delivery Time: The seller is expected, and required, to complete the transfer within the time stated in the listing.
• 🔄 Withdrawal and Refund: If the transfer does not take place, your payment is refunded in full, with no deduction; if you prefer, you may keep it in your balance and use it for another product on our site.
• ⛔ Penalty System: When a sale is cancelled, the penalty rules come into effect. If the buyer is left at an unjustified disadvantage, or the seller is found at fault, the seller receives a listing-transaction penalty.
