Deathwish +8.1 is the rebirth tier of the dagger-class weapon used by Rogue characters in Rise Online: one rebirth step has been added on top of +8, carrying higher stats than the standard +8. Rebirth tiers are listed as separate products and priced separately. On the Oyuneks product page you see sellers by server, the lowest price, and the daily average of past sales. Your payment is held under Oyuneks protection until delivery is confirmed, and the weapon is delivered in-game.
